Housing Stabilization Services
Housing Stabilization Services represents a Medical Assistance initiative designed to assist individuals with disabilities,
encompassing mental health challenges and substance use disorders, as well as seniors, in the quest to secure and sustain
their housing. The pursuit of secure, sustainable, and affordable housing holds significant implications for individuals' well-being.
The primary objective of these services is to facilitate an individual's shift towards housing, with an overarching aim of
fostering enduring stability within the community's housing landscape, thereby averting potential episodes of homelessness
or institutionalization in the future.
